A move without surprises

Every home is different. A third floor canal house apartment calls for a different approach than a family home with a driveway. That is why we map out the situation in advance: the volume, the floors, the access and the parking options. Based on that we decide how many movers, which van and whether a furniture lift is needed.

On moving day we normally start at 08:30. You have one point of contact in the team and we keep you updated on progress. Afterwards we check everything together.

Offices and business premises too

Besides homes we also move offices, shops and practices. Furniture, archives and electronics are packed and transported with care, so you can get back to work quickly. For larger commercial moves we work with a project plan.

Tell us what needs to be moved through the quote assistant, by phone or on WhatsApp. It takes about two minutes.

Moving day

We normally start at 08:30 at the pick up address. We protect your furniture, load efficiently and place everything where it belongs.

Completion

We check everything together. Then you pay based on the hours actually worked.

How is the price of my move determined?

We charge for the hours actually worked, with a minimum of three hours. Up front you receive a price and time estimate based on your request. Within Amsterdam we charge no more than 30 minutes of travel time each way.

Do I need to arrange a parking permit?

In most cities a permit or a free parking space for the moving van is required. In principle you arrange this yourself, but we are happy to help or arrange it for you by agreement.

Can I rent or buy moving boxes from you?

Yes. We have sturdy moving boxes to rent or buy. Mention how many you need in your request and we will drop them off in advance.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes, damage during transport is covered by our insurance. Keep valuables such as jewellery and cash with you. Do you have items of exceptional value, such as art or designer furniture? Let us know in advance so we can take suitable precautions.
