How we run a commercial relocation

A commercial relocation starts with a site visit and an inventory. Together with you we draw up a moving plan: which department moves when, what the new layout looks like and which facilities are needed, such as a furniture lift or extra parking space.

During the project you have one point of contact who keeps track of the schedule and directs the team. Workstations are labelled, furniture is dismantled and rebuilt, and everything ends up where the plan says it should.

Experience with complex locations

We moved the entire contents of Xplore Agora in Amsterdam in twelve days, while the new building was only accessible through a temporary entrance. For Rosewood Amsterdam we moved furniture and supplies to every hotel room, and for the University of Amsterdam we relocated safes inside the Maagdenhuis.

We normally start at 08:30 at the pick up address. We protect your furniture, load efficiently and place everything where it belongs.

We check everything together. Then you pay based on the hours actually worked.

Do you also move at weekends or in the evening?

Yes, by arrangement we also move at weekends, in the evening or at night. This is especially useful for companies that want to avoid downtime.

Do you offer storage?

Yes. If there is time between your old and new address, we can store your belongings temporarily. Ask about the options in your request.

How do I pay?

Directly after the move, by debit card. Business clients can pay by invoice by arrangement.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes, damage during transport is covered by our insurance. Keep valuables such as jewellery and cash with you. Do you have items of exceptional value, such as art or designer furniture? Let us know in advance so we can take suitable precautions.
