How is the price of my move determined?
We charge for the hours actually worked, with a minimum of three hours. Up front you receive a price and time estimate based on your request. Within Amsterdam we charge no more than 30 minutes of travel time each way.
How do you estimate my move?
Based on the information you give us, such as the volume of your belongings, the floors, access and distance. For larger moves we schedule a visit first. You always receive a clear quote with no surprises afterwards.
Can you help with packing and dismantling furniture?
Yes. We offer a packing service and can dismantle and reassemble furniture. Let us know in advance, ideally with photos of the furniture concerned.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes, damage during transport is covered by our insurance. Keep valuables such as jewellery and cash with you. Do you have items of exceptional value, such as art or designer furniture? Let us know in advance so we can take suitable precautions.
What time do you start?
Normally at 08:30 at the pick up address. Starting earlier or later is possible by arrangement.
What if the move takes longer than planned?
You pay for the hours actually worked. If it takes longer than expected, we discuss it with you straight away, so you always know where you stand.
Do I need to arrange a parking permit?
In most cities a permit or a free parking space for the moving van is required. In principle you arrange this yourself, but we are happy to help or arrange it for you by agreement.
How do I pay?
Directly after the move, by debit card. Business clients can pay by invoice by arrangement.
